We are expanding our Norwegian team and are looking for a consultant with a strong technical foundation and solid consulting skills who is ready to take on a broader technology strategy role. As part of our experienced group, you will work on assignments involving IT strategy, technology sourcing, architecture, program portfolio management and value realisation. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to broaden your advisory skillset, helping clients realise the value of digital transformation and successfully navigate technology change.

You will work closely with both Norwegian and international organisations, turning complex technology challenges into practical, actionable solutions. As a valued team member, you’ll contribute to projects in IT strategy, delivery, sourcing, and architecture, using your technical insight to bridge the gap between business needs and technology opportunities.

• Advise clients at the intersection of business and technology, helping to develop technology strategies and transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes and sustainable growth.
• Guide clients on key architectural choices, sourcing and partner selection to optimise both business objectives across functions and organisational levels. Lead or support the design and delivery of digital transformation initiatives, working across functional areas and seniority levels.
• Apply program and portfolio management expertise to maximise value realisation, manage risks, and assess the effectiveness of transformation efforts.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, digital platforms, and industry trends, applying innovative thinking to solve clients’ most pressing challenges.
• Collaborate closely with senior advisors and multidisciplinary PA teams to deliver impactful results.
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposal work, sharing insights, and shaping new service offerings that address clients’ strategic needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who can translate complex technology issues into clear business opportunities and decisions.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or technology delivery, ideally combining strategy, IT projects, and architecture.
• Experience with technology strategy, solution or enterprise architecture, and an ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
• Solid hands‑on experience with digital transformation, IT solution delivery, sourcing, or systems integration.
• Proven core consulting skills, including structured problem‑solving, analytical capabilities, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communicator able to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical audiences, and engage confidently with senior leaders.
• Fluent with reading and writing Norwegian and proficiency in English.
