Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX

• Support the planning and execution of multiple projects or programs to enhance the organization’s software products.
• Perform program analysis, manage risks, and communicate status across various management levels.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development lifecycle processes.
• Manage risks and resolve issues impacting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Define and track key metrics and performance indicators, ensuring cross‑functional team alignment and successful delivery.

• Experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with developing and reporting on engineering metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially with large‑scale systems.
• Knowledge of controlled software release processes involving product lifecycle management tools.
