Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Cognos Administrator to join their team. As a Cognos Administrator, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting the Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$53-$58/hr

• Manage and maintain Cognos environments, including installation, configuration, and environment tuning
• Implement security protocols and support server administration for large-scale Windows environments
• Troubleshoot issues and support distributed, clustered, or scaled-out deployments
• Automate processes using Python scripting for installation, configuration, and environment provisioning
• Ensure high uptime and optimal performance of complex BI environments

• Proven experience as a Cognos Administrator in large Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with Cognos installation, configuration, and environment tuning
• Strong skills in server security setup and troubleshooting
• Experience with Python scripting for automation tasks
• Ability to manage complex BI environments with high availability requirements
