IT Project Manager

Our clientis seeking a dedicated and innovative IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Digital Nexus organization, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of technology programs. Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Montvale, NJ

• Build and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and support technology programs and projects.
• Conduct quarterly and annual planning sessions to schedule and prioritize project needs effectively.
• Monitor and report on the progress of technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technology vendors, to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Minimum of five years of recent experience in portfolio management within a technology environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Power
  
  BI, and Excel.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
