• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in all tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Experience in customer service or dispatch roles handling high call volumes.
• Proficient typing, transcription, and computer skills.
• Ability to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
