GEN AI Developer

Our client, an international financial leader, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: GenAI Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $85.00-$115.00/hr

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.
• Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process‑level visibility.
• Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real‑time metrics.
• Customize GenAI applications using approved LLMs for process mining, task mining summarization, and anomaly detection.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Machine Learning/NLP focused roles.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
• Proven experience with cloud‑based data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools.
• Exposure to or hands‑on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
