AP Oracle Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking 2 AP Data Entry Specialist to join their team for an Oracle Clean-Up Project, in Oak Brook, IL
. We are seeking detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialists to support two critical clean-up projects within our AP department. These roles will focus on correcting and organizing supplier and purchase order data to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our systems. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, the ability to process high volumes of data quickly, and excellent organizational skills.

Job Title: AP Data Entry Specialist

Location: Oak Brook, IL (100% Onsite, Mon-Fri)

Pay Range: $22-25/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 2-3 Months W2 Contract (potential to extend)

• Review and correct incomplete or inaccurate supplier data transitioned from AAP.
• Identify and resolve duplicate supplier records and missing information.
• Communicate with suppliers via email to obtain necessary corrections in a professional and organized manner.
• Prepare suppliers for transition to the most effective invoice submission process (portals, EDI, etc.).

• Audit and correct purchase order details within Oracle.
• Address manual adjustments previously made to facilitate invoice processing.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all purchase orders.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to process high volumes of data corrections efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (strongly preferred).
• Oracle experience is a plus but not required (training provided if needed).
• Effective written communication skills for supplier outreach.
• No degree required.
