IT Auditor

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and utility sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Auditor to join their team. As an IT Auditor, you will be an essential part of the Internal Audit department supporting senior management and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Auditor

Location: Carmel, Indiana

• Perform complex and technical audits related to information systems, operations, and IT general controls.
• Interact regularly with executive and senior management teams to communicate audit findings and recommendations.
• Develop risk assessment maps based on technical knowledge of IT systems, network architecture, and business processes.
• Assist in identifying IT risks and developing risk-based audit plans and programs.
• Incorporate data analytics methodologies into audit processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification:
  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Experience performing audits related to information systems and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision on multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
