ERP IT Manager; Infor Lawson & UKG

FIDES is seeking an ERP IT Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery, application administration, and vendor coordination for enterprise business applications, including Infor and UKG. This role will manage requests, incidents, changes, and integrations while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure reliable system operations and effective governance.

This position is ideal for candidates with deep Infor experience, team leadership capabilities, and a track record of overseeing ERP implementations and managed services.

• Manage day-to-day service requests, incidents, change tickets, and task queues for business applications.
• Oversee Infor development work, including new interfaces and integration requests as approved.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendor management (Infor, UKG), including coordination of customer updates (CUs), data refreshes, and governance activities.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize and manage business needs.
• Provide HR system administration oversight, including reporting, request management, and prioritization.
• Intake, evaluate, and manage new application requests, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and priorities.
• Partner with IT leadership to ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Document processes, configurations, and workflows to support knowledge transfer and consistency.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT application support/administration, including Infor and/or UKG.
• Demonstrated success managing service requests, incident/change management, and system integrations.
• Strong vendor management experience with SaaS/ERP platforms (Infor, UKG, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Hands‑on experience with HR/payroll system administration and reporting.
• Project management or ITIL experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
