$21–$25 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a high‑volume, multi‑state workforce. This role focuses on administrative accuracy, employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance tracking. The HR Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for employees, supporting both internal HR functions and client‑driven workforce requirements. The position operates with moderate independence and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced staffing or workforce environment and enjoys balancing people support with compliance and documentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle onboarding and offboarding for 1099 and field employees
- Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate annual open enrollment activities
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS, payroll, and vendor management systems
- Track and support compliance requirements, including I‑9 and E‑Verify, FMLA and leave documentation, and workers’ compensation claims documentation
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors
- Assist with employee relations documentation and investigation support
- Prepare documentation for internal, client, and regulatory audits
- Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements
- Ensure alignment with federal, state, and client‑specific requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client information
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly dependable and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced staffing environment
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and apply staffing and client compliance requirements
