We are looking for a Site P&O Manager to lead People & Organization activities at our Quapaw site. This role will be the primary P&O partner for site leadership, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs. This role will help create an engaging, safe, and productive workplace.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from intake to offer
- Define and execute talent attraction and retention strategies aligned with global guidelines
- Coordinate onboarding programs for all new hires
- Collect site‑specific training needs and implement initiatives aligned with global L&D offerings
- Drive identification of development needs and set up local training program
- Support workforce planning during budget cycles to manage headcount and FTE evolution
- Align local strategies with global Centers of Expertise (CoE) guidelines
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and group policies
- Implement P&O processes and programs tailored to site needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leaders on HR topics, including compensation, talent priorities, and conflict resolution
- Partner with managers to drive engagement and change initiatives
- Deliver P&O policies and programs, adjusting for local needs when required
- Collaborate with P&O Business Partner and CoEs to co‑develop HR projects and initiatives
- Broad HR/P&O experience and knowledge of policies and systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and manage change effectively
- Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and committed to delivering excellent employee experience
- Strong listening, convincing and communication skills
- Able to manage difficult situations; responds promptly to customer needs; and meets commitments
- Works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience5–6 years of progressive P&O (HR) experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
