Steward, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering, Dishwasher ​/ Kitchen Assistant

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a part-time Steward. In this essential role, you are the powerhouse behind the scenes, ensuring our culinary stage is spotless and sanitary by managing everything from high-volume dishwashing to kitchen safety. This entry-level position is perfect for a detail-oriented team player who lives by our "Big Six" standards and thrives in a high-energy environment.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.

• Work requires standing for long periods of time which includes frequent bending and kneeling. Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.

• Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Upholds cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment and tools.

• Maintains safe and sanitary work environment.

• Washes dishes, mops floor and removes trash from all kitchen areas.

• Promotes the Big Six; encourages a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean and safe environment.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
