Pool Attendant

The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonal Pool Attendants to be responsible for the daily upkeep of the pool area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position requires a combination of cleaning, customer service, and basic cash handling skills, with a focus on ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

• Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening furniture, wiping tables, sweeping, restocking towels, and emptying trash.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Enforce all pool rules and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the pool desk micros and hotel PMS.
• Sell sundries at the towel desk.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Ability to perform mental and visual tasks accurately.
