Welcome to Win Star World Casino & Resort’s serene spa and wellness haven. As a Spa Attendant you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service, maintaining immaculate spa spaces, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
What You’ll Do- Welcome & guide guests with a personalized orientation.
- Keep lounge, locker rooms, and fitness center clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist spa therapists with room turnovers, laundry, and room readiness.
- Escort guests to lockers, issue robes & slippers, and provide a seamless experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in all guest areas, including wet areas and public spaces.
- Help guests navigate their spa appointments, ensuring comfort and happiness.
- Manage inventory of locker room supplies and alert management when restocking is needed.
- Handle all guest interactions professionally, ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Help maintain spa safety and security by monitoring guest access.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on operations, safety protocols, and customer service techniques.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude with a passion for guest service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with therapists and management.
- Physical stamina: stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Maintain clean, well‑groomed appearance and uphold hygiene standards.
- Adaptability to flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or spa industry preferred; basic sanitation and safety knowledge required.
- Lifeguard certification (Shallow Water) or willingness to obtain, including CPR & First Aid training.
- Physically mobile, lift & carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items.
- Work in fast‑paced, mentally and physically demanding environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Comfortable working in both cold and hot temperatures, and potential exposure to secondhand smoke.
