HOSPICE HOME HEALTH AIDE
A Path of Care Hospice in Hugo, OK is seeking a PRN Hospice Home Health Aide to support patients with compassionate, hands‑on care. What You'll DoAs a Hospice Aide, you play a vital role in delivering direct patient care as outlined in each patient's plan of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, shaving, nail care, and dressing
- Supporting mobility through ambulation assistance and simple exercises
- Performing basic nursing or therapy tasks as assigned
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding when needed
- Providing comfort measures such as back rubs and repositioning
- Practicing infection control and following universal precautions
- Recognizing and reporting any signs of abuse in accordance with policy and law
- Assisting with office tasks, telemonitoring equipment setup, and new‑hire orientation when needed

Qualifications- Active HHA certification in good standing with the Oklahoma State Department of Health
- Completion of 12 hours of company‑provided in‑service training every 12 months
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Genuine desire to help others
- Flexible hours, Monday through Friday
