Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor for a full-time hybrid role based in Hugo, OK, with opportunities to work remotely. The counselor will provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group counseling, and assist clients with addressing and overcoming mental health and substance abuse challenges. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining detailed case documentation, and collaborating with clients to achieve their personal wellness goals.

• Experience with Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Proficiency in Mental Health counseling and knowledge of Psychological principles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, those under supervision, or similar credential
• Experience in substance abuse counseling or trauma therapy is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
