Education / Experience
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Computer Skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.
Certificates & Licenses
  • Valid state license as a speech‑language pathologist where applicable.
  • Rate range is an estimate and may vary by skill set and location.
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech‑language pathology therapy and related services, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management.
  • Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing abilities of patients.
  • Build and sustain a strong SLP program.
  • Enhance clinical expertise and leadership skills through self‑study, continuing education, and interaction with managers and colleagues.
  • Maintain a valid state license and stay knowledgeable of professional and healthcare environment issues.
  • Understand billing and treatment guidelines, and deliver clinically appropriate care within guidelines.
  • Comply with infection control procedures and facility safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
  • Certification and experience as a speech‑language pathologist (any level).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to high‑quality patient care and adherence to state and federal regulations.
