- Enhance clinical expertise and leadership skills through self‑study, continuing education, and interaction with managers and colleagues.
- Maintain a valid state license and stay knowledgeable of professional and healthcare environment issues.
- Understand billing and treatment guidelines, and deliver clinically appropriate care within guidelines.
- Comply with infection control procedures and facility safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Certification and experience as a speech‑language pathologist (any level).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to high‑quality patient care and adherence to state and federal regulations.
