A cultural organization seeks a Visitor Experience Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at Lakeland Arts venues, primarily s part-time permanent role requires strong customer service and management skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and presentation. The Duty Manager will lead teams and ensure seamless visitor experiences while acting independently at the primary site. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required;
full training will be provided at all venues.
