Position OverviewBrij Cement (Kedia Organization) is seeking a competent and results-oriented Civil Engineer to support project planning, supervision, and technical coordination. The role involves overseeing construction-related activities, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and providing technical expertise for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors and site teams.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely completion within budget.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising at project sites.
- Assist in quality assurance and material verification processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (NEC registered preferred).
Qualifications & CompetenciesMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
