Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage manufacturing and operational improvement projects from initiation through execution and closure.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across production lines, supply chain, and support functions.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality and productivity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to implement improvement initiatives.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and report status to leadership.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to quantify process performance, track KPIs, and validate results of improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on continuous improvement tools, problem-solving techniques, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Support change management and ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, project plans, and lessons learned.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading projects with measurable operational and financial results.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
