Job Description

Responsibilities- Support the plant’s continuity of business activities and lead cross‑functional manufacturing engineering projects.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the activities of direct reports and maintain control of the capital budget.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, set priorities, and provide updates to all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with Product Development/R&D to launch, transfer, maintain, and commercialize new or legacy products from design to manufacturing.
- Coach, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports and provide technical/operational problem resolution to support plant goals.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science degree required; 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
- 2–3 years as a People Leader.
- Solid foundation in GMP, process validation, control, and statistical methods.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, leadership, and team development.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas, motivate and focus teams, and drive projects through completion on time and on budget.
- Understanding and ability to execute DOE, process validations, and test method validations.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and understanding of GMPs and medical device regulations.
- Preferred:
Experience in manufacturing based or PMA (Class‑III) products;
Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering degree; MS or MBA.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. Frequently required to verbally communicate with other associates. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
