Job Title: Quality Engineer III

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $33-38/hr (W2 Contract)

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer III to join their team. As a Quality Engineer III, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting product development and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of quality systems and regulations.

• Lead and support new product development projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Drive design control activities, including design reviews and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Conduct product and process validation, and review associated documentation.
• Investigate non-conformances, lead CAPA investigations, and implement corrective actions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of medical device quality assurance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, FDA, IVDR, QSR).
• Proven experience in product and process validation, risk management, and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
