As a Converter Control Engineer, you'll design, simulate, and validate control systems for grid-connected power converters in wind turbines. You'll develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink to ensure grid code compliance and optimal turbine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design control strategies for grid-connected converters
• Develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD
• Perform time-domain and frequency-domain analysis
• Support field troubleshooting of converter issues
• Collaborate with electrical design, software, and grid compliance teams
• Contribute to grid code compliance assessments
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Power Electronics
• 3+ years in power converter industry, preferably in energy
• Knowledge of grid-connected converters control design
• Experience with power electronics control and three-phase converters
• Understanding of DQ0, sequence, and phasor representations
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSCAD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration and communication skills
