Position Overview

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines to sustain reliable community energy.
• Adhere to safety protocols, perform inspections, and foster a safety culture.
• Collaborate with team members to improve turbine performance, share best practices, and support change initiatives.
• Document work thoroughly and recommend improvements to work instructions and operational processes.
• Support specialty projects (e.g., crane work, CIM) and mentor junior technicians.

• Minimum 3 years of wind experience, heavy equipment and crane operations, TBC Level 300 or willingness to obtain.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Safety‑conscious; advanced knowledge of energy isolation and risk mitigation.
• Collaborative team player who mentors others and leads by example.
• Proficient in English; physically fit, comfortable working at heights and in varying conditions.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Stand and walk for prolonged periods; climb ladders and stairs to heights of 60–100 m.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Operate hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for crane and confined‑space work.
• Observe training and obtain required safety certifications (LOTO, Electrical Qualification, Fall Arrest & High Angle Rescue, etc.).
