• You will join 1 supervising physician and 1 other PA, providing full-spectrum primary care across two outpatient clinics
• Outpatient care at Buffalo and Laverne clinics, rotating 2 days at one location and 3 days at the other weekly with the schedule built out 60 days in advance
• ER call coverage at a rural emergency hospital with level 4 trauma and level 3 stroke capabilities - very low volume
• Epic EMR, experienced nursing staff, and dedicated clinic support at each site

• Monday-Friday clinic hours (8 a.m.
  
  -5 p.m.), averaging 14 patients per day (work 5 days one week, 4 the next)
• ER call 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month, with light trauma volume
• No after-hours call for outpatient clinics; one administrative day off every other week
• Call schedule set 60 days in advance, with on-site call suite and optional housing nearby

• $135,000 guaranteed salary for a 3-year term, plus $75,000 tax-free HRSA loan forgiveness
• $5,000 relocation assistance; on-site housing option for $500/month + utilities
• 160 hours paid time off, 5 CME days, and $4,000 CME allowance annually

• Licensed Physician Assistant with interest or experience in both outpatient and ER settings
• Comfortable managing a broad range of primary care and urgent/emergent presentations
• Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule
