Precision Dental and Dentures is looking for a passionate and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our thriving dental practice located in the heart of Oklahoma’s Four-State Corner. Our office serves the warm and welcoming communities of Grove, Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri and Kansas, and we’re just a short drive from Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas—making us a unique hub for regional care.

Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years working as a Dental Assistant
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Other certifications as required by the state are preferred (Radiology Certification, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar is required
