Overview
We're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join us in our office at Noble Park, Victoria! This role is casual, starting from February with a competitive salary. You will be servicing the needs of our customers across a variety of brands at our office in Noble Park. It’s a fast‑paced and highly supportive, customer‑centric environment that places a big focus on your ongoing development and career pathway.
Our contact centre is open 24/7, so you will need to be available to work on the weekends and outside regular business hours.
As a Customer Service Consultant at AMS, you will manage a range of inbound calls and meet key metrics such as average handling time, quality assurance and roster adherence.
- Engage with customers to provide support when their car breaks down, when they require collision assistance, or need onward mobility services
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Contribute to the success of our business by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results
- Meet the high standards expected within our culture such as call handling times and call quality
You may also be required to engage with customers to provide incident support from time to time.
About youYou will have:
- Proven experience in delivering a superior level of customer service including managing difficult customer conversations in a positive manner
- The ability to understand and meet customer needs, and remain professional whilst working under pressure
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours including weekends
- Experience working in a call centre environment is an advantage but not mandatory
