Silver Star Construction, a local road construction company - is seeking an individual with concrete knowledge and equipment knowledge to perform a wide range of duties depending that may change depending on the type of project they are working on and the team members they are working with.

Patched potholes and overlaying of streets; sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete; remove and replace concrete to include form setting to finishing, cutting brush, trees; mowing and weed-eating high grass and weeds; and maintaining, cleaning around street intersections, medians, and alleys.

• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete on parking lots, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Trackhoe or Backhoe experience
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters.
• Use saw to cut expansion joints.
• Set forms that hold concrete to desired pitch and depth and align them.

• Must have experience as a concrete finisher.
• Must pass the background check, drug screen/physical.
