Seasonal | Hourly | Multiple Locations

Summer Camp Assistant Counselors support lead counselors with supervision, transitions, setup, and camper engagement. This is a support role without independent group leadership.
Schedule (Choose One)- Monday–Friday, 7:00–12:00
- Monday–Friday, 7:00–2:00
Starting at $14–$15/hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications (Required)- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliability and strong supervision instincts
- Ability to follow systems and take direction
- 100% tuition covered for one enrolled child per program day worked
- 40% tuition discount for each additional enrolled child
- Option to work alongside your child when age-aligned and role-appropriate
- 45 minutes of paid prep each morning
- Paid training, onboarding, and staff meetings
