Summer Camp Lead Counselors lead a camper group through daily outdoor camp programming and support assistants and aides. This role requires strong leadership, group management, and consistent safety supervision.
Schedule (Choose One)- Monday–Friday, 7:00–12:00
- Monday–Friday, 7:00–2:00
Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications (Required)- Prior experience leading groups of children
- Strong communication, reliability, and decision-making
- Ability to manage group safety and behavior with professionalism
- 100% tuition covered for one enrolled child per program day worked
- 40% tuition discount for each additional enrolled child
- Option to work alongside your child when age-aligned and role-appropriate
- 45 minutes of paid prep each morning
- Paid training, onboarding, and staff meetings
- Potential pathway to school-year roles based on availability and performance
