Are you passionate about shaping products that make a difference?

We’re a fast-growing conversational AI company with headquarters in Norway, on a mission to transform how people interact with technology. Our Product team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join one of our offices:
Sandnes, Oslo (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark), Helsinki (Finland), or Stockholm (Sweden).

Why You’ll Love Working Here

You will be part of the team that shapes our platform, building strong technology alliances and turning partner capabilities and user needs into impactful product solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on how millions of users experience mission-critical conversational services.

We’re building something ambitious, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in an environment where uptime, resilience, and operational excellence truly matter.

What you will be doing Technology alliances
  • Own day-to-day relationships with external technology vendors and platform partners.
  • Stay informed on partner products, roadmaps, changes, limitations, and opportunities.
  • Work with partners on reaching favorable cost structures for the organization.
  • Proactively communicate relevant partner updates and implications to product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities where partner capabilities can unlock new product features or improvements.
  • Advocate internally for roadmap changes or investments required to support or optimize integrations to partners.
  • Project management around issue handling, communication, billing, and other initiatives related to the partner.
Product management
  • Act as product manager for assigned platform features and capabilities.
  • Assess new feature opportunities by understanding user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Own platform feature lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Define success metrics and monitor post-release feature performance and feedback.
  • Partner with engineering and design throughout build, testing, and release.
  • Validate delivered features against specifications and user needs.
  • Support internal demos, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and drive continuous improvement loops.
Product discovery & specification
  • Collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility and scope of new features.
  • Conduct or coordinate usability testing and incorporate insights into requirements.
  • Write clear, actionable product specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Hand off requirements to design and validate that solutions meet functional and usability expectations.
What we are looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors, partners, or customers.
  • Experience writing detailed product or project requirements.
  • Project management experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and balancing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or integration-heavy products is a plus.
Additionally, we believe you will succeed if you:
  • Have a strong ability to think holistically about products, users, and organisational impact.
  • Are an excellent communicator who can translate between technical teams, designers, partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Actively seek out changes, opportunities, and improvements rather than reacting late.
  • Are structured, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Are open to feedback and continuous improvement—personally and organisationally.
  • Have the ability to establish priorities and to plan.
  • Can advocate for priorities and drive alignment across teams.
What’s in it for you?
  • Impact: Shape how AI is implemented and used in society.
  • Growth: A steep career trajectory with real ownership.
  • Innovation: Freedom to improve processes and build better products.
  • People: A motivated team with a shared mission.
  • Environment: A supportive and dynamic workplace.
  • Rewards: Competitive salary and benefits.
Sounds good?

Please submit your application using the appropriate form — we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

Please note:

The position requires being able to work on-premise in Sandnes, Oslo (Norway), Copenhagen (Denmark), Helsinki (Finland), or Stockholm (Sweden).
