Your Role AndKey Responsibilities
This role provides primary administrative support to the CEO of Power Co US and secondary support to other managers within Power Co US.
- Minimum 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience with executives
- Experience managing calendars
- Experience preparing presentations and meeting materials at a board level
- Ability to coordinate travels and logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Power Point)
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar (meeting coordination, preparation blockers, etc.)
- Manage business travels (booking, logistics) and travel expense reports
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, workshops and (team) events
- Support the CEO in meeting and workshop preparation, including agendas, key messages and documents
- Help structure workflows, decision preparation and information flow
- Maintain open point lists and track follow‑up actions to ensure execution
- Support internal communication drafts (announcements, all hands meetings)
- Prepare documents and align them with stakeholders
- Assist in managing projects or work streams
- Flexible schedule to support global time zones and occasional after‑hours meetings
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross‑functionally
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent time management and deadline discipline
Proactive, detail‑oriented problem solver able to work independently and manage competing priorities - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Attractive remuneration: base salary $84,460–109,180 USD plus target short‑term incentive of 8%
