Location: Brooksville
We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our rapidly expanding company right here in Brooksville. Your role will be critical in managing busy communications, greeting visitors, and ensuring the front office operates seamlessly.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- This role is critical for providing essential administrative support and ensuring the operation of the company's front office.
- Front Office Management:
Greet and assist all visitors, providing a welcoming first point of contact for the company. - Communication Hub:
Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel or departments. - Administrative Support:
Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications and company documentation. - Office Operations:
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. - Equipment Operation:
Operate and assist others in operating a variety of office machines, such as computers, printers, calculators, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Verbal and written communication abilities. - Organization
Skills:
Organizational and time management skills. - Multi-tasking:
Proven ability to thrive on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. - Software Proficiency:
Basic proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent) - Experience:
1-4 years - Qualifications:
Experience in an administrative or office support role. - Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
Previous experience working for a manufacturing/production company.
