Job Title: Personal Executive Assistant
Pay: $40, per year
Location: Tulsa, OK

Our client is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Personal / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive professional who takes full ownership of responsibilities, communicates confidently with family members and guests, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both executive‑level administrative duties and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for leadership.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and confidential documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Personal Assistance
- Handle personal errands and ongoing tasks (e.g., vehicle registration/tag renewals, appointments, reservations).
- Maintain and manage family resort bookings and travel logistics.
- Coordinate events, gatherings, and guest arrangements as needed.
- Provide high-level customer service when interacting with family members and guests.
Operational Support
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are tracked and met.
- Maintain organized records and systems for both business and personal matters.
- Exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level administrative role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business technology tools.
- Full‑time position with flexibility; workload may not consistently require 40 hours per week.
- Occasional half‑day Fridays.
- Primarily office‑based in Tulsa, OK.
