Position

Summary

We are looking for hardworking, dependable Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the Warehouse Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. This role is a full‑time position with excellent benefits. The schedule is Monday – Friday 7am to 4:30pm

Job Summary:

The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves supervising staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining accurate records to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain warehouse management through ERP for tracking inventory.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse safety standards.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient forklift experience, stand‑up and sit‑down.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
