Job Description

You will be the C-130 Warehouse Material Handler Level 4 for the Logistics Team which is responsible for supporting C-130 Tinker operations through efficient warehouse management. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

What You Will Be Doing

As the C-130 Warehouse Material Handler Level 4 you will be responsible for overseeing the daily flow of materials, ensuring accurate packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining strict safety and security standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate packing, handling, shipping, and receiving of C-130 assets and spare components.
  • Perform periodic inspections and warehouse inventories, utilizing barcode readers and inventory software.
  • Manage hazardous‑material shipments in compliance with HAZMAT regulations.
  • Support Supply, Quality, FOD, and Security programs through accurate documentation and process adherence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to generate reports and maintain records.

Who

You Are

You are a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional with extensive knowledge of government supply‑warehouse procedures. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable using barcode readers, and experienced with hazardous‑material handling. A valid driver’s license, the ability to stand and walk up to eight hours per day, and the capacity to lift 40 lb are required. You are a U.S. citizen ready to obtain a Secret clearance and thrive in an integrated work environment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours/day. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Desired skills
  • Ability to communicate and lead small teams on various program projects.
  • Working level knowledge of computer base systems and supply warehouse procedures.
  • Familiar with the operation of various types of fork lifts and fork lift operations.
  • Working knowledge of weapon system support-Project/process management
  • Experience with FAR 52-245 inventory management practices
  • MS Power Point, Access, Excel, Outlook and Word-Computer skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Budget management.
