Forklift Operator (Crown Cherry Picker)
Join our fast‑paced furniture distribution center as a Forklift Operator. In this role, you will operate a Crown cherry picker to pick, move, and unload packages throughout the warehouse—especially near the docks. You’ll work at heights, maneuver through narrow aisles, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a Crown cherry picker and other forklifts.
- Pick, stage, and unload packages throughout the warehouse and dock area.
- Navigate narrow aisles and work at elevated heights using the cherry picker.
- Maintain strong productivity in a high‑volume, performance-driven environment.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including inventory, loading, and unloading.
- Minimum 6 months of experience operating a Crown cherry picker or similar forklift.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- Not afraid of heights; able to work safely while elevated.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
- Experience in a performance‑based warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, loading, and unloading.
- Weekly productivity bonuses ranging from $125–$400
, based on units picked and performance. - Potential performance‑based raises of $0–$2 during the contract.

- Large, semi–climate-controlled warehouse designed for cherry picker operation.
- Very fast‑paced environment with narrow aisles and high productivity expectations.
- Night shift: Sunday–Thursday,
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1‑hour lunch). - Small overnight team—only six forklift operators—so strong attendance is essential.
This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
