Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – Finish (around 5:00 PM) (Most Saturdays required)

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for an Order Picker / Packer role within a fast-paced distribution center in Oklahoma City. This position focuses on accurately packaging merchandise for shipment, ensuring orders are packed safely, correctly, and in compliance with company standards.

The Order Picker / Packer plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and meeting productivity and accuracy goals.

• Pack merchandise into boxes or containers for shipment to retail locations
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and labels for accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues
• Use RF scanners or tracking systems when applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Meet established productivity and accuracy goals
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily department goals

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (3 years preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform squatting, standing, walking, reaching, and sitting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills required
• Willingness to perform various warehouse functions
• Ability to follow procedures and best practices
• High School Diploma or equivalent
