Bilingual Warehouse Associate Pay: $17/HR D.O.E | Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) | Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bilingual Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in warehouse operations, including inventory management, loading and unloading goods, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation:

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure operational safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating the forklift.
  
  Warehouse Duties:
• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring proper storage of materials and products.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
  
  Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Process customer orders, returns, or exchanges as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure satisfaction.
  
  Documentation and Reporting:
• Complete necessary paperwork for shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Use warehouse management systems to update inventory records and track order statuses.
• Report any issues with inventory, equipment, or customer orders to the warehouse manager.
  
  Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification with proven experience in forklift operation.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
