Drive truck equipped with various configurations of dump body to transport and dump materials such as rock, asphalt, or other materials as needed. Load and facilitate movement of equipment using various tilt deck and lowboy trailers. Drive other vehicles and/or configurations as assigned and trained.

Must be able to be present at designated work site a minimum of 40 hours per week, as established by supervisor. Emergencies require 24-hour on-call.

• Perform daily truck equipment inspections and all required safety equipment before each shift to ensure the equipment is safe for usage.
• Submit request for maintenance for any repair items.
• Maintain truck logs or time recordings as required by state, federal, and county policies and regulations.
• Assist with proper and legal loading of materials for transport as designated by the crew chief.
• Operate the truck safely to and from project destination.
• Positions blocks and/or tarps to secure load for transit.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment on various trailer types.
• Perform post trip vehicle inspections of vehicles driven, equipment moved, and trailers towed.
• Perform all safety procedures required by governmental agencies and those established by Oklahoma County.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must possess a valid Class B Oklahoma State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with endorsements, and a safe driving record.
