• Design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise software solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead Service Now development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and platform customization
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations
• Perform debugging, object modeling, and UI customization within the Service Now platform
• Independently resolve complex technical issues and proactively address technical debt
• Ensure software stability, scalability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and business leaders to deliver high‑quality solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical discussions
• Promote best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and Dev Ops processes
• Participate in Agile‑based project delivery including Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments

• Strong hands‑on experience developing within the Service Now platform
• Proficiency in JavaScript and platform scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
• Solid understanding of software development patterns and enterprise architecture principles
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise‑level applications
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, No
  
  SQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git, Git Hub, JIRA, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams

• Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Power Shell
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Type Script, and modern web technologies
• Experience with testing methodologies such as TDD or BDD
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
• Self‑starter capable of working independently while contributing to team success
