Position:
Team Lead of Software Engineers
Compensation:$140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Identify technical debt and drive improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Type Script, Python, Java, C#)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage priorities
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in energy, oil and gas industries
- Familiarity with relational databases (Postgre
SQL, SQL Server) - Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with scalable, distributed system architectures
