Overview
IES Residential is currently seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Service Electrician to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. We are rapidly expanding in the residential electrical market, with a central OKC location and long-term projects in place. This is a great opportunity for career-oriented individuals seeking growth, stability, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with NEC and Oklahoma electrical codes.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine effective solutions.
- Supervise apprentices and assist in their on-the-job training.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site environment.
- Coordinate with other trades and site supervisors as needed.
Min: USD 28.00 /hr. Max: USD 35.00 /hr.

Minimum Years of Experience2-4
Qualifications- Current and active Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License.
- 4+ years of electrical installation experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments including heights and confined spaces.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Experience in residential, multifamily, or mixed-use construction projects.
This role involves work on active construction sites, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions, elevated heights, and operation of power tools and equipment.
