. This full‑time position requires extensive travel (by company car and plane) and handles maintenance and remodeling work at all Love’s locations nationwide.

Travel:
The employee must reside within a 75‑mile radius of the OKC airport. Extensive travel by company car and plane is required, with about 75% of weekends and an average of 67 hours per week.

• Possess knowledge of general maintenance/remodel duties a plus.
• Perform extensive remodels with carpentry, tile, drywall, and concrete work.
• Handle other duties assigned as needed.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑2 years of experience with maintenance, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, or remodeling is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift or other powered lift equipment is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction.
• Extensive travel required via company car.
• Typical work week about 67 hours per week, with 75% of weekends.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Travel coast to coast with extended nights away from home.
• Requires sitting, bending, and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Climbing and working on ladders; working at height using proper safety equipment.
