Maintenance Mechanic

Overview

Mid First Bank is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to handle general facility maintenance, to include addressing plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC issues. Mechanic will support corporate offices and banking centers in the Oklahoma City metro area.

• Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance and service for each facility
• Using a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions
• Working effectively with other team members
• Working with provided work order system

An essential duty of this position is driving a vehicle. Employees working in this position must be in compliance with Mid First Bank's Vehicle Use Policy.

Working hours are scheduled between 8:00am - 6:30pm, typically Monday - Friday. Some weekend hours may be required, as needed.

• 2 years' experience in one or more of the building trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Successful trade or vocational school completion preferred, but not essential
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to act competently in emergencies

High School diploma (required)

2 years:
Experience in one or more of the building trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) (required)
