• Assist technicians in the repair and maintenance of diesel engines and equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.

• Handle parts and tools efficiently, ensuring they are available for use.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Support the team with various tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Previous experience in a mechanical or shop environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of diesel engines and repair processes.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
