Security Officer - Retail Patrol; OKC

We have a new contract starting in Oklahoma City and we are looking for security officers. The account will require multiple positions to be hired.

Schedule:
Hiring for retail day/overnight hours

Pay: $18.00

Our Normal Day Duties:

• Completing reports based off the observation, monitoring, and witnessing any potential security, safety violations, or maintenance emergencies.
• Ensuring equipment in and around property is operational and hazard-free.
• Contributing to the team mindset we have instilled by providing maximum effort and accomplishing tasks as assigned.
• Responding to emergencies.
• Assisting visitors.
• Making sure to ask unwanted people to leave the property.
• Patrolling the property in a company vehicle.
• Patrolling vacant spaces on property to ensure they are secured and not broken in.
• Keep people out of dumpsters/donation boxes on property.

• Enjoy helping others and keeping people safe.
• Ability to work alone and fix issues without being asked.
• Strive to get just a little bit better each day.
• Wake up in the morning excited by the prospect of encountering new or different tasks/challenges and raising their level of performance to counteract these fluid situations.
• Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Exercise good judgement and maintain situational awareness.
• Possess baseline level of problem-solving skills.
• Champion a team-first mentality; when everyone is doing their tasks, it makes it that much easier to complete all the tasks in a day.
