Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or following post orders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Control access points by monitoring entry and exit, verifying credentials when required, and directing visitors and/or vendors in accordance with site policies.;
Complete security-related documentation such as daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and/or site leadership.
