Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hospital staff and/or local responders.;
Monitor access points and common areas, deter unauthorized entry, and assist with visitor directions and de-escalation.;
Complete routine reports and logs, communicate updates to supervisors and site stakeholders.
