The shifts currently available are Days and Swing, with weekends also part of the schedule. Metro One Security has state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure and is a national company with 27 talent centers and over 250 locations throughout the country.

• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or patrol vehicle.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver license with little to no infractions.
• 2+ years of military service or current National Guard or Reserves; and/or 1+ year of previous law enforcement or corrections experience.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Valid Oklahoma security guard card/license.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
• Remain flexible to ever‑changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
• Must be able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat; climb stairs, ramps, or other obstacles; stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
